What we do

• Cloud migration. Analysis of your IT and business processes, then the definition and execution of the move from legacy systems to a modern cloud platform on AWS or Azure.
• Infrastructure set-up and operations. DevOps engineers with experience in hosted and cloud environments set up your infrastructure and keep it running.
• IT consolidation. After a merger or acquisition: migration of business systems and teams, an integrated product roadmap, and harmonisation of technologies.
• ITSM and migration programmes. Standard IT service management processes, plus project management and business analysis for the IT migration projects around them, including insourcing and restructuring of the teams that run them.

Analysis and a migration plan first, with effort and dependencies mapped; then execution by our DevOps and delivery teams, on their own or alongside yours; then either a hand-over or an ongoing operations arrangement.
