Merging an acquired company: systems, teams and one product roadmap

Challenge

A SaaS company that acquired another had to merge two sets of business systems, teams, technologies and product roadmaps.

What we did

Business restructuring and IT consolidation for the merger: migration of business systems and teams, an integrated product roadmap, and consolidation and harmonisation of technologies, with the plans and projects to carry it out. After the merger we stayed on as support for the company’s whole product portfolio, the acquired products and the existing ones.
