Who we are

The short version
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and does no profiling. We process personal data only when you contact us or book a call, and only to answer you and run that conversation.
When you use the contact form
We receive the name, company, e-mail address and message you enter. We use them to answer you and to prepare a possible engagement. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Before the form is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person, without tracking cookies. The message is delivered to our mailbox through Resend, an e-mail delivery service. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them; enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 12 months.
When you book a call
Booking runs on Cal.com. The name, e-mail address and time slot you enter there are processed by Cal.com, Inc. under its own privacy policy, and appear in our calendar so we can hold the meeting. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Hosting, security and analytics
The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver the site and defend it against abuse; this data is kept only as long as needed for those purposes. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and no personal identifiers and gives us only aggregated page-view statistics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website and knowing how it is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
The site works without cookies. We set no cookies for tracking or advertising. Our bot protection may set a strictly necessary technical cookie while it checks a form submission; it is not used to track you.
Transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare, Resend and Cal.com are US companies. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer rests on an adequacy decision, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to info@beelna.com. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr).
