Our project managers and business analysts come from financial services: eleven years of demand management and system analysis inside a major Croatian bank, twenty years of implementation projects for brokerage, investment and pension-fund companies across South-East Europe, and PMP and Oracle certifications behind them.

How an engagement runs

A project manager or business analyst joins for the duration of the project, alone or with a team under our management, with defined deliverables and regular reporting. For programmes we set up the project office and the routing of internal and external teams.
